Need things I can shove in my bag for snacks that don't need keeping in the fridge and don't contain sugar... and not crisps!

Any suggestions please?

Why no fruit? Easiest option, tbh, and so simple to get variety.

Why no sugar? most food turn into sugar anyway, so as long as it doesn't have excessive added sugar, things like breakfast bars etc should be fine as a quick on the go snack?

countdowntonap · 29/10/2019 20:42

I take boiled eggs (cheap, make loads at start of week) and Tim’s of tuna and fork if our for longer.
