We really want to move to a country village - nice community feel with good transport links to central london.
We have max budget of £750k and need a 3/4 bedroom decent sized house preferably in a village location with a really good (state) secondary school. Looking at Kent but would consider sussex/parts of east surrey.
Can anyone point me to this holy grail of a location? We have jobs in london and kids, so the commute can't be over an hour ideally, surely this exists? Help!
