Discovered a miracle product and want to share!

I'm just kicking myself it's taken me so many decades to actually give this a try ...

I sometimes suffer from pressure headaches or tensions headaches. When the weather changes significantly (so usually in Spring or Autumn) or when I've slept badly and sprained my neck, I get these intense stabbing headaches on the top of my skull that even Nurofen won't shift. I have spent £100s at the chiropractor over the years on alleviating these.

Last night my headache was so bad it woke me up at 3am and I eventually took 2 codeine (which I have been prescribed for a different condition lol life is good at the moment) to make it go away and let me get back to sleep after 4 hours of throbbing agony.

Anyways, to the point, I was in the supermarket when the codeine started to wear off and the headache came back. The stabbing was ramping up as I wandered the aisles. I thought I'd look in the pharmacy section to see if there was anything other than paracetamol, ibuprofen or codeine I could try. There was this roll-on stick thing called 4Head - like a tiny stick deodorant thing that you rub on your forehead. I thought "nothing ventured" and I'd like to stop taking so many drugs.

Well I applied it an hour or so ago - headache has COMPLETELY GONE!! It is like some sort of miracle. I am bowled over and yet so cross that I didn't know this existed before.

It is a very big thumbs up and recommendation from me.

TLDR - 4Head stick rub-on thing bloody well works for headaches.

I use heinz full sugar ketchup to clean my ancient lakeland copper saucepan. Just squirt it over and rub in then rinse and ta da

I get really bad tension in my next and it works wonders for that too 👍🏼

I have a tube of 4head in my handbag. It relieves my "bright lights/screen" headaches at work instantly

Rub it in your neck to ease neck ache and a tiny smidge under your nose when you have a cold helps you breathe easier. Miracle stuff.

Don’t be fooled by imitation products though, I bought boots own once thinking it would be the same, it’s definitely not.

Also perfect when you’re pregnant

I gave my friend 4head when she had a hangover and she loved it. I am a big fan of First Defence spray. Reduces how bad my colds are as long as I use it early enough.

We use 4 Head too, it doesn't stop mine, but it sure as hell helps, when nothing else does. I find it's good fir sinus trouble too

It's great. Discovered it when pregnant, still buy it now.

If I use it early with paracetamol, it can definitely cut off a headache at the pass.

Also Kool'n'Soothe migraine patches are the dogs. Love them.
