So today is a gloomy and grey day where I live - it's like the sun isn't coming out at all today. It's stayed at home, in bed, under the covers.
It felt a bit "heavy" when I was out on my way to work so I stuck a bit of meditation on in he car which focussed on happiness. Not the all smile beaming happiness but I suppose just contentment.
I know a lot struggle at this time of year and wondered if people would like to share the things that they do in these times to help themselves.
For me today it was:
- Meditation.
- Observing people on my way to work.
- Actually stopping and thinking of 3 things I am really grateful to have today.
- Making myself a pot of tea in my little teapot with dogs on and a fluffy bobble cosy.
