Scary dentist tomorrow. What can I listen to on my phone?

I've got to have 2 teeth out and 2 filled
I hate the dentists. I feel sick with nerves already.
I only have spotify on my phone. What would you reccomend for me to download?

I recently had a dental procedure that lasted a few hours. Was awful.
I downloaded the Guilty feminist podcast, a few funny episodes. It really distracted me and helped me to stay calm x

How about Audible? I’m listening to Night after Night by Phil Rickman at the moment, it’s really good.

I had this on Tuesday. I made a Spotify list of soul music but when it came to it I had to turn it off. I didn’t like not hearing things even though I thought it would be calming it actually made me feel v agitated. So maybe what pp said, a podcast might have been a better choice
