And why?
Hard to see but there’s two panels of glass stuck on to the top of the fence behind some spikes. There’s also a hole drilled into one of the lanes of glass, although it does resemble a bullet hole! I’m so bewildered. There’s an ongoing issue with them harassing me and the police have been involved. The plastic spikes and glass are new over the past few months, the metal ones have always been there. I don’t have any pets to jump over the fence so that’s not the reason. They’re quite passive aggressive people and drink a lot becoming rowdy sometimes. Late 60s possibly early 70s. The husband is showing signs of dementia or Alzheimer’s (seen when he’s come banging on the door shouting slurred at me) and also drinks a lot. It’s him who does all the DIY so he will have erected those things. An Enviromental Health officer is involved for their anti social behaviour so should I tell him or maybe try Age UK? Their behaviour genuinely concerns me and they never have any visitors, even at Christmas so they don’t have support. I am really worried about their mental states, they seem to have delusions that everyone’s out to get them in some way
