Chances are I'm not pregnant, right? (I don't want to be)

According to my app, ovulation date was the 10th. However that's just a rough guess by the app based on a standard cycle.

The condom fell off on the 12th, I took the MAP on the 14th.

I did 1 clear blue on Monday and another on Tuesday. Both negative. I've just done this FRER and that's definitely negative as well.

Period is due tomorrow but no signs or usual symptoms yet which is making me a bit nervous. No other symptoms other than I cried at don't tell the bride yesterday????

With a negative FRER the day before my period is due, chances are that I'm definitely not pregnant, right?!

With an FRER, probably not. Watch and wait. Retest if necessary.

You took the morning after pill and are getting negative results. You are not pregnant.

Banana I think I just need other people to tell me. The logical part of me keeps telling myself that but there is just a niggling feeling of what if...

The egg only lives for 24hrs. So if it was on the 10th, then unlikely.

But the MAP only delays ovulation, so if you ovulated on the 11/12/13 then there is a chance of pregnancy.

BernardsarenotalwaysSaints · 23/10/2019 17:29

I wouldn’t have thought so. MAP can mess with your cycle.

Passthecherrycoke · 23/10/2019 17:29

Nah you’re fine.

PurpleDaisies · 23/10/2019 17:30

That’s a negative test.

You’ll need to wait and do another (or for your period to come) but must likely you’re not pregnant.

Horcrux · 23/10/2019 17:31

But even people actively trying and having sex every day around ovulation still find themselves not pregnant for many months.
So the chances are that you are not.

But nothing you can do until you’re officially late, so try not to worry

Horcrux · 23/10/2019 17:32

That’s true, MAP might delay your period as it will have delayed ovulation

CmdrCressidaDuck · 23/10/2019 17:33

The MAP has probably extended your cycle and disordered your hormones a bit.

You are all talking sense. Phew. Fingers crossed my period arrives in a couple of days and then I'm making an appointment to go back on the depo!!!
