Does anyone have any experience of using something like this for helping kids with anxiety?

I use it for 3 of my kids. Works well I think.

Rescue remedy is pure placebo effect. It has no active ingredients at a clinically effective level. It is snake oil.

Try magnesium and zinc supplements. And a healthful diet with green veges and oily fish. At least they have active ingredients!

Another thing to try is CBD oil.

Yes it is a placebo. So give it to them if you want.

Isn't the main active ingredient brandy?!
I can't go near the stuff as I practically drank a whole bottle before my first driving test... now I just associate the taste with absolute fear and panic !

It really does calm them. I used it last month and got on a plane first time in 12 years.
