Fancy dress costume ideas. Cheap and preferably punny...

Have a fancy dress party to go to, first one in over 10 years and struggling for ideas.
I don't want to spend more than about £10 and I'm far past the 'sexy' dress up!
Best idea I have so far is drawing the atomic sign on a white t-shirt and a cat ears headband - aka Atomic Kitten!! Think this might date me a bit though...
I'm 5'0 and a size 8 so can get away with most things. Also have little sense of shame (especially if I find it funny!)
Hit me with your ideas....

Go back further - wear a bin bag, go wild with the make-up and say you're a punk.

80’s is quite easy. Or look up homemade tulle skirts on pinterest-they are so easy to make and a bit of elastic and the net material is so cheap to buy. They can be used for many outfits...witch/day of the dead etc. And wear with something you already own.

Pin a straw to your front and look grumpy.
