Lunch near Warner brother's studio

Hello!

Going for the WB studios next week. Have a 2pm slot. Want to get lunch first. Haven't heard great things about the food there, so wondered about somewhere nearby we could stop for a quick bite to eat? Somewhere with easy parking on the west side of the studios as we are coming from that direction. Thanks!

Dallings, fred and ginger, the rose and crown- all in Kings Langley, which is less than 15 minutes drive from WB

Or Prime in chandlers cross if you want something a bit more upmarket. The first 2 on my previous lists Are cafe/deli style, the second is a standard pub.

If you carry on towards North Watford, rather than going up the slip road to the studios, there is a big retail park and street of shops. There's nothing very fancy but there's Pizza Hut, McDonalds etc.

Literally 2 minutes from the studios is a small restaurant, next door to a co-op in Cunningham way.

Also on college road, abbots langley, the swan pub.

Further down on horseshoe lane is a harvester .
On the a405, Woodside , there's frankie and bennies and chiquitos.

Oh opposite the harvester, basically, is McDonald's.

Or go into watford itself and pretty much take your pick of food places.
Its 15 minutes away from the studio.

I went in June and found good reviews for a pub called The Unicorn - it’s actually a traditional old pub but the food was great and all freshly cooked, around 5-10 mins from the studios, I’d recommend it.

I wouldn't risk driving into Watford town. It's been gridlocked the last 3 saturdays and I believe Clarendon road is being closed for at least part of next week.

I'd stick with Woodside Leisure Park (Frankie & Bennys, Chiquita) or a pub in Kings Langley or Abbots Langley. Or the Harvester.

Oh, I've just remembered. baracuda's in School Mead in Abbots Langley has brilliant reviews.

Great. These sounds good.

Definitely don't want to go into Watford!
