What do you keep on your twiggy shit when it isn't Xmas/Halloween/Easter etc

I've always been of the school of thought that twiggy shit is naff but small DS recently dragged home a branch and we spent a rainy weekend making glittery bats and now I actually quite like it and think I'll leave it there with some baubles for Christmas, and I guess Easter decorations at Easter but what about the rest of the year? Naked twigs? Twigs in garage?

Picture of said twigs attached. Thx!

Pinecones?
Flowers?
Butterflies would look lovely too?
Hearts for valentines?
Ribbons?
Fairy lights?

Oh I'd forgotten valentines! Maybe if I think of enough festivals it can just be the celebration twig! Maybe little glitter pom-poms for bonfire night...

It's our first home and this is the hallway and NOTHING else is decorated so it seems ridiculous but it's very welcoming coming home to smiley ghosts Smile

It's lovely!
After Christmas there'll be spring. Little daffodils and tulips perhaps?

Seasons or celebrations that month (birthday....solstice....holidays...) etc

What would be summery? I'm not sure about flowers and butterflies... but I'm going to get dc making pom-poms in our city's colours for local festivities!

We had some little felt weather things and I used to hand the sun ones on for summer!

My twiggy things are a memory tree of all the things that the dc make that can be hung or draped over the branches. There's all sorts on there.

I bought tiny origami birds with hanging loops on Etsy when I decided to keep my little light-up Easter tree up all the time and ran out of seasonal stuff to chuck at it. They look fab and were cheap as chips too.
