Help me with some make ahead grown up Halloween party food

I’m going to an adult evening party after about a week on holiday. Host has asked us all to bring a buffet dish. Does anyone have any suggestions on something that is quick or something more complicated that will last a week? I was thinking maybe a big chocolate tart that I could freeze and then ice a spider web on it.

That sounds perfect. Maybe check with her if she wanted sweet or savoury, but otherwise, your suggestion is great.
