This will probably bring people out the woodwork to say they hate so and so celebrity but who are the ones that you never really hear a bad word said about them? My nomination is: Dolly Parton.

@53Lessthanzero 'rumours' like that are very fucking damaging. You had better be very sure of your source to repeat that.

Or just withdraw it an admit you are shit stirring.

cyclingmad · 20/10/2019 17:59

Paul Walker (deceased)
Michael Mcintyre

AmethystWoodstar · 20/10/2019 17:59

@Lima45 noooooooooo shush now

MustardScreams · 20/10/2019 18:00

Tell you who is awful: Caroline Flack. She came into a restaurant I worked at for Sunday lunch and was just evil to all my lovely waitstaff. Incredibly demanding and impolite. I have despised her ever since!

Mrsjayy · 20/10/2019 18:00

Luke Evans seems a lovely guy i like him.

TheCanterburyWhales · 20/10/2019 18:00

Isn't Sean Connery a notorious wife beater? The "I love Scotland so much I'd do anything but live there" thing is tedious too.
A lot of the people mentioned irritate me to fuck but they're irrational hatreds of mine (Cumberbatch, Elton, Fiona Bruce, Judy Dench) rather than I've heard they're unpleasant

Keanu would be mine (in any way he chose) and I think Bruce Springsteen is a Very Good Guy too it's clearly a high cheekbone and small eyes thing

JenniferM1989 · 20/10/2019 18:00

Helen Mirren, Julie Andrews, David Attenborough, Bruce Forsyth

noideaatallreally · 20/10/2019 18:02

Yes, was about to add Bruce Springsteen who treats all of those who work with him with respect.
Also thinking - Andrew Ridegely and George Michael
Martin Kemp seems lovely on Celeb Gogglebox

Bloomburger · 20/10/2019 18:03

Just in case any of you like Stacey Solomon she called my lovely aunty a fucking bitch and flicked her the bird after my lovely aunt beeped at her for pulling out in her dangerously.

Oh and I'd probably avoid making comments about celebrities being child molesters Lessthanzero, especially when you have no foundation to back up what you are saying and they could take you to the cleaners.

EnthusiasmIsDisturbed · 20/10/2019 18:03

Sir David Attenborough
And the late great Sir Terry Wogan

I would have to rethink friendships if a friend announced they didn’t like them

Love Joanna Lumley

Emma Thompson was always a favourite on here until her recent antics - I’ve always found her unbearably smug and pretentious and she proved me right

I find Jennifer Anniston insipid absolutely nothing interesting to say when interviewed totally vacuous

Philip Schofield makes my skin cruel

AmethystWoodstar · 20/10/2019 18:04

Julie Andrews - there was a not very nice story about her in popbitch around the time of the new Mary poppins movie, not sure how true it is...

LynetteScavo · 20/10/2019 18:06

DH doesn't like Rylan. I love him

I don't get the Sandi Toksvig and turn over whenever she's on.

Trevor McDonald and Moira Stewart surely can't offend anybody.

managedmis · 20/10/2019 18:07

Jerry Seinfeld

Hey1256 · 20/10/2019 18:08

Beyoncé

Loveislandaddict · 20/10/2019 18:08

Alexander Armstrong
Judi Dench
Trevor McDonald
Jane McDonald

Tana433 · 20/10/2019 18:09

Can i be greedy and add another? Paul O'Grady. Anyone who likes animals as much as him cant be a baddun surely?

MadCap · 20/10/2019 18:09

Surprised Paul Rudd hasn't been mentioned yet. He's apparently very very nice in real life.

WombleishofThigh · 20/10/2019 18:09

Can't bear Monty Don. He always sounds smug.

DelurkingAJ · 20/10/2019 18:10

DSis worked with Cliff Richard and the Shadows for a little while and said they were utterly lovely. She worked with a lot of other celebs who were much less so when the general public weren’t around but they were unremittingly charming.

Summergarden · 20/10/2019 18:10

Simon Reeves

SciFiScream · 20/10/2019 18:10

Why do you hate Patrick Stewart? Why? Why?

No one should hate Patrick Stewart. No one else should love him though (he's mine. I've loved him since 1989)

Unless of course the PP that hates him is one of his ex-wives. Then I'll allow it.

TheSingingTowers · 20/10/2019 18:11

Yes to Keanu, Tom Hanks and David Tennant.

Add Emilia Clarke, Billie Piper, Brian Adams and Gerard Way.

TheSingingTowers · 20/10/2019 18:12

Should say Bryan Adams

EstuaryBird · 20/10/2019 18:12

Duff McKagan (Guns n’ Roses) is an extraordinarily nice person, happy to talk to anyone and really interested in people. His very beautiful wife is also very warm, friendly and has time for everyone. Very down to earth couple.

Mookins14 · 20/10/2019 18:12

Denzel Washington. I am 47, happily married for 22 years and I would gladly have a poster of that beautiful face on my bedroom wall.

Of previous nominations, I will second Graham Norton and Jennifer Aniston.
