Which company to quote for blinds?

Moving house and need blinds in all the windows, some will be motorised. Anyone got any companies they’d recommend or those to avoid/charge you a stupid amount? Looking for someone that will come out and measure and fit as well. Previously been all Indra blinds etc

Hillary’s quality was great but too expensive!

Use a local company. I had Hillary's out and the guy was so rude and uninterested. He didn't quote for what I wanted and it was very expensive. Clearly he felt the job I wanted (2 black out blinds for bedrooms) wasn't worth their time. So why come and quote!!??

Definitely use a local company - in my (admittedly small) experience, companies which advertise in papers or on the television are hideously expensive.

I’d say local company too. I was more impressed with the local one we used then the national ones like Hillary’s.

Thanks, I’ll see if any local ones do motorised blinds and maybe get Hillary’s to compare.
