Lookfantasic are refusing to refund me- even though they signed for the item

I never used look fantastic before, I Sent back £50 worth of unused goods that they had authorised to be returned over 10 days ago via Royal Mail tracked.
The tracking shows it was signed by them 8 days ago , yet the say they don’t have the items and are refusing to refund me, I’ve gone round in circles all day with them. I deeply regret using them I’m so upset

How did you pay? If by Paypal, they are great at refunding in such circumstances. I had a similar situation with John Lewis (although they acknowledged receiving back the returned parcel but wouldn’t process my refund) and, as I’d paid through PayPal, they opened a dispute and, 10 days later refunded me - and JL hadn’t even replied to them!!

And if not PayPal, worth contacting your debit or credit care provider

I really wish I had used Paypal- but I used my card, which I now regret. All the reviews looked fine for them I never dreamed Id have so many issues now, now I wonder if they are even legit reviews as after searching lookfanstastic on MN I can see a few others have had issues with them not refunding money that was due after losing parcels or sending wrong items etc
We are going to file chargeback with our bank and see if they will help. Its money we worked hard to get, maybe not a lot to some but to us it is.
All I can say to anyone is please don't use them, the delivery was ok but any issues after that and they do anything to keep money and the customer service is awful- the stress is not worth it

I completely sympathise this happened to me with 3. They claimed I returned an empty box rather than the iPhone I posted Confused

Can you contact them through social media? Facebook or twitter, I find that usually they sort it then as they do not like negativity on social media for all to see!
