Anyone have an oven with Catalytic Liners?

We're getting a new kitchen in the spring and I'm researching ovens as sadly my beloved range cooker will not fit into the plan Sad I've found an oven I like, it's double, eye level and has Catalytic liners in so apparently all I'll need to do to clean it is simply give it a quick wipe. The liners apparently absorb and break down grease and other cooking grime so the oven doesn't need scrubbing. Are these ovens all they're cracked up to be? Do the liners need changing?

They’re fab. They just create powder. The glass still needs a good scrub, though.

I can cope with doing the glass! It's just the rest of it, mine badly needs doing now and I just can't face it Blush

So when you say they create powder, where does it go? Do you have to clean the filters out or something?
