What's in Royal Mail's letter from Santa?

For those who have got the Royal Mail to post a letter from Santa is it just a generic letter sent back or does it have anything personal related to the letter sent?

Trying to find out whether it will be magical or a disappointment.

It’s generic . Same letter for everyone . My kids still enjoy getting it though .

Generic letter but envelope addressed personally to children. We did them for ds and dd last year

Generic, but it is free.

If you want a personalised one then there is usually a cost involved.

Generic but nice. One year whoever was doing it at Royal Mail had handwritten my dds name and a little sentence which was lovely.

Last year however despite sending a letter off to Royal Mail Santa in plenty of time, Santa didn’t reply! Had to make one up on the computer and print it out on Christmas Eve!
