Who wants to diagnose my thumb?

The pad of my thumb is tender with pimples. This has come and gone over the past few weeks. I've not changed any products that I use and am not allergic/sensitive to anything. Any ideas? Pic attached.

Pompholyx exczema?

Ooh, I'd never even heard of that, thank you. Google says it may be stress related, which would be about right.

Pompholyx... mine is triggered by hot water and bright sunlight. Don't try to pop the "pimples", it doesn't work and makes them worse!

I reckon pomphlox too, not fun!

I diagnose that it's a thumb!

And I hope it feels better soon.

(I'd be perplexed too, it seems a funny place for a patch of eczema and it must be uncomfortable)

I get patches of them on my feet, it is the most annoying itchy feeling, feels like bugs burrowing under your skin, no amount of scratching helps, I have scratched my feet until they bled. I tried popping the blisters years ago but it just spreads them. If the itch is really bad some ice can help, i find creams etc just spreads it as well.

Thanks all, going to let my boss know my thumb's getting stressed, I need less of a workload, will see how she takes that.
