Hi, I was sterilised yesterday. I didn't manage to urinate in hospital but they scanned my bladder and said there was still very little in there (just over 100ml). They were happy for me to go home so I did. They told me to go to A&E if I hadn't managed to pass any urine by midnight. I've only managed frequent trickles of urine since I got home and don't feel as though my bladder is emptying. Is this normal right after the procedure? How long did it last for or could you just urinate as usual when you woke up?
