I recently saw a psychiatrist regarding numerous childhood issues. During the interview I was questioned regarding any criminal convictions. After being assured this would not appear in my GP's letter I disclosed. Received a copy of the letter today with a full detailing of my criminality. Is this a breach of my medical confidentiality and if so, what can I do about it? The horse has clearly bolted as GP has seen letter and prescribed medication listed in it.
