Why has dog poo/mud stained DS trainers yellow?

DS 2, stood in something brown didn't smell strong but was possibly dog poo.

I cleaned them tonight and the white rubber soles are stained yellow where it was. Does anyone know why? I'm zoflora-d them (no bleach in) with no change?

I’ve had that from some mud before, we just carefully rubbed bleach on the soles, left for ten mins and washed off and they were fine

The dog had been eating curry?

Dunno.

I suffer with anxiety a bit, my instinct was to throw them out in case it was something awful (they were only £6) but that seems irrational.

Probably nothing awful then? Just general gross-ness?
