Pushing a pushchair in the rain - raincoat ideas?

I am sure I'm not the only one who has this problem - I have a 20 minute walk to/from the nursery and when the rain is heavy I get soaked through as my raincoat doesn't extend far enough to cover my face. Can't use an umbrella at the same time as it is up and down hills, crossing busy roads etc.

What do you wear to stay dry in heavy rain? Links would be helpful, thanks!

I also recommend the Seasalt Janelle. Can be found on EBay for about £80 if new is a bit beyond your purse, and yes, buy a size smaller than you usually wear!

Thanks for all the suggestions, l will explore. A big hood is a priority. Yes I also wear glasses that is why rain on the face is so annoying! I'll look at hats too!
I have a sea salt rain coat and the hood is rubbish. I don't have a big head but wear my hair up which it doesn't like.

My aunt got me an attatchment for my pram that you could hold an umbrella on, I don't know where she got it from but surely amazon/eBay would sell it?

I also have cycling gloves from aldi that are waterproof and non slip in the rain. My Ilse Jacobsen raincoat has a souwester hat that you can wear with it, acts like a peak under the hood if very rainy.

A rains raincoat is brilliant, the hood stays up and the peak keeps my face dry.
