Much as I detest giving money to Sports Direct they have something I want and I need to order it online. The website is as spectacularly unhelpful as the rest of the organisation and I can't find any info about exchanges. If I order something online and it's the wrong size do I have to pay to return it and re order it or could I change it for the correct size in a shop?

It really depends on the person you see at the time. There’s no consistancy. I have stopped using them myself now

You can't do exchanges or returns in store if you order online. They don't do free returns either. I believe you can request an exchange rather than refund if you send something back but I would imagine they will charge postage again.

I thought so. Oh god I bloody hate them. Though on the rare occassions that I crack and go in there, the staff in our local store are really nice and very helpful but I always feel really sorry for them.

I buy a lot of their superhero range to sell on eBay. This is their free post address which they gave me via Twitter. I use it regularly never had a problem

Is the item you want really so specific to Sports Direct? Decathlon are much nicer about exchanges/returns.
