Because I am.
But how to word it without using those words..

Does any one read job applications regularly?
What stands out to you in a form?

It’s for promotion in the same department so not blind or brand new.
They know how fabulous I am I just need to put it on paper..

What are you Trust's values? You know the ones that someone would have been paid a day rate close or your weekly salary to write no doubt. Just use them....

Seriously though good luck.

crosser62 · 13/10/2019 09:52

I have no idea AND no interest in the Trust values... fucking hell, spoke id better have a read of them!
Anything else you think they will ask in interview?

Your application should be based on trust values.
How you make difficult decisions? Trust values.
Managing others? Trust values.
Prioritising activity? Trust values.

Unless it’s not a very good trust, their values should underpin everything from their QI methodology to performance management and directorate strategies etc.

If you have no o interest in trust values, is it the place you want to work? Values are usually things that nobody would disagree with.

Surely being a hard worker is a given with a candidate, until they demonstrate otherwise after employment?

I have employed countless people over the years and listing hard worker or similar as a trait on an application didn’t ever carry any weight with me.
