Period tracking app for women with an implant?

Has anyone found a period tracking app that works if you have the contraceptive implant?

Don't most women have no periods with an implant anyway.
Why do normal period tracker apps not track it? Don't you just put in when you have a period.
I assumed most apps to track periods were used by people intending to conceive.

I use Flo, however I started using it after getting my implant removed. You can use it with hormonal contraceptives.
