Traditional English Dinners

I was browsing through the meal planning threads for ideas and I noticed lots of people are quite varied in the cuisines they cook (eg, stir fry, curry, pasta, fajitas). The most common 'English foods' were shephards pie, Sunday Roast, and sausages and mash.

DSs two favourite foods at nursery are mackeral and 'the pie with the vegetables and the tasty stuff (chicken?)' and they both strike me as very English/British.

Does anyone else have any other traditional things they cook regularly?

(I'm not British so looking to expand my cooking horizons a bit)

I'm a very fussy eater and only eat English food - ie bno pasta, rice, garlic, Chinese, Indian dishes etc and I mostly eat:

Roast dinners (eg roast beef with roast potatoes and parsnips and green veg, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce, mustard and gravy. Lamb shank, ham shank, toad in the hole (also love lamb chops in the hole), beef and kidney stew with dumplings or I make pies, lamb chop, pork chop, sausages, lambs liver with onions and bacon, all of these with potatoes and veg. Steak and chips, fish and chips, gammon, egg, pineapple and chips, or baked potato, salmon with new potatoes and asparagus, homemade hamburgers and chips, bubble & squeak with cold meat, salad and pickles....
