Oatly milk causing vomit/regurgitation in 14MO?

DS had CMPA so is having Oatly Barista, he's 14 months and has been drinking it happily for a month.

The last few days has started to be sick almost instantly after his bottles. He is keeping down food and other liquids. Could it be the bottle teats making the milk too frothy in his stomach? He keeps it down on cereal, in a smoothy or from a sippy bottle.

Has anyone had similar? I've logged an online consultation with the gp so am expecting a call from them tomorrow.

If he’s drinking out of a sippy cup then I’d get rid of the bottles. They’re so bad for teeth, which is why the guidelines are to give them up at 12 months. Try that and see how you get on.
