Recently my ex attacked me. My arm got injured and police were called. They put in a report with social services. I decided to contact first and they seem fine with me. I've complied with everything they've said and stopped direct contact with my ex (child's father). He's recently been messaging me when he's not to supposed to and his mother asking for the number. Accusing me of lying. I'm worried he's going to say something to try and make me look bad. Or lie or tell them something shitty from my past. Has anyone been in this situation and can offer advice?
