Wording of advert

Hi, I'm looking for the kind of wording you hear in ads for medicines in the UK. In France they say something like 'this is a medicine. Consult your pharmacist for advice and please read the label'. I can't remember how this is phrased. Thanks

I'll do that when I get a chance, not easy access at the moment - in the meantime if anyone can cite it off the top of their head it would be great. Or maybe there is no standard phrase
