I want to do a spicy Italian sausage pasta but I can't for the life of me find any Italian sausages! Where do you get them?! Confused

Italian deli? Maybe a big Waitrose? We have a sausage shop in town, I bought DBro a spicy Italian salami for his birthday.

If you can't find any, my Italian parents usually buy Cumberland or Lincolnshore sausaged in England, they might work with the skin off.

Italy, of course.

Supermarket, next to the chorizo (Morrison's, fwiw)

On the end of an Italian man...?

More helpfully Wink
If you add fennel and chilli to regular sausage meat, even if you have to skin them yourself, it makes a good substitute.
