These don't work with rectocele or cystocele.

Everyone should see a specialist.

I had one of these before and they do work really well, it trained my muscles to the point where I'd find that I was 'clenching' unconsciously at other times of the day. It also toned my lower tummy, as an added benefit! Sadly I forgot about using it and it's been in a drawer for a few years where its been less useful!
