Playstation, Netflix and Amazon Prime - anyone know the answer to this?

I should be able to google this, but haven't been able to find the answer.

We have a playstation that's registered to DH. We can watch Netflix through it, again in DH's name.

I have Amazon Prime in my name, but we can't log into this on the playstation. There is a thumbnail for it, but it won't take my log in details. It says something about a 2 stage log in system and we should have received a code in a text, or something.

Does everything have to be registered to DH for it to work? We had no issues with Netflix.

It can be anyone's account but maybe your phone number needs updating in the amazon settings before it can work?

This shouldn't be an issue so I'm not sure where you are going wrong. But 100% it doesn't need to be the account of the PS owner.

On our PS we have separate logins on the homescreen.
Could you contact amazon and ask.

You need to check the phone number jn your amazon account is correct.

I have multiple different account holders for various apps on my Ps4 and never had a problem logging in to any of them.
