Hi, anyone have any advice, I’m out of my 12 month fixed term contract and am on a rolling month. My contract says I have to give 2 months, my understanding is that I have to give one month legally, However it has to end in line with the date of my agreement, so works out to be 6 weeks.
My tenancy started on the 18th and I believe that it also has to finish on the 18th is this correct? So in affect I’m giving 6 weeks notice.
