Negative tests but I still feel pregnant

So basically for two months my periods where extremely light and then in September it was just spotting
All the home pregnancy test have been negative but I've the other symptoms sore tender breast nausea foods I love I'm turned off but I've taken multiple pregnancy tests and and 4 where negative 2 whede invalid and 3 seems positive but I'm talking those as invalid too
I know I'm not pregnant and its no use stressing but aby other reason why I'm feeling like this
I was just wondering if anyone had anything similar

The signs do sound very pregnant like, it could be a phantom pregnancy they are rare but do carry early signs of a pregnancy

Go see gp get it checked out there are many reasons for absence of periods.
