Handhold please - DD waiting to hear outcome of job interview!

I can't bear it! They haven't called yet. Had hoped to hear back today. Interview was at 11.

She's just finished Uni. Applied for hundreds of jobs and had a few interviews with little success.

It's a London job at a very prestigious company. They were looking for someone to start at the bottom but the pay and benefits are quite good. Lots of progression/training potential. She really wants this job! Mental health has not been good recently and this will be an excellent opportunity to springboard her into a whole new world.

It was a 2nd interview. They were very positive. She worked so hard at prepping.

Aaarrggghh.

She cannot not get it!

Just to add, she failed all her GCSE's but worked so hard at college to get into Uni. She really turned things around for herself. This job will be the cherry on top.

I always believe what’s meant to happen does even if it’s not what we want at the time. Things have a way of working out for the best in the end, so if she doesn’t get it, don’t lose heart.

Just heard they want to see her for a 3rd! interview next week now FFS!

Really hope she's not being led on a wild goose chase. It's good experience and all that but the travel is costing her a fair whack. She had a few previous interviews which turned out to be scams, as in commission based chugging stuff, advertised as actual jobs. Thank god for Glass Door! This company is legit but I hope they're not using her as a comparison candidate.

Maybe see if they will reimburse her form her travel expenses this time, some companies do this for interviews.

They wouldn’t waste time interviewing people just for the sake of it, especially not by the third round. Fingers crossed, but all sounds positive.

Can you share the type of thing the company do? Someone may have some advice?
