What to wear in a Sleeping bag - newborn

I am confused about what my newborn DD should wear under a 2.5 tog sleeping bag. The bedroom is about 19.5 degrees - I was thinking about putting her in a baby grow with long sleeves and legs. Would she be too warm?

My baby is almost two years old and I still think the ‘what is appropriate night time wear’ question is one of the hardest. I always wake up worrying if she’s too hot or too cold.

I use the Gro website to check, so if it's 19 degrees and they have a 2.5 tog sleeping bag I just put a long sleeved vest on them.
