No experience at all, not my thing.

Mixed.

A couple have been brilliant. Good fun, welcoming and great addition to the school.

One was an absolute nightmare though. Every stereotype possible.

Not good. Tricked into going to "make up numbers" and ended up with a named role but was given no real information about the responsibilities of the role - i.e. any debts or any legal issues are all on our heads until it was too bloody late to back out.

Depends on the other members!

Horribly cliquey.

They moan all the time about not getting enough help but are totally unwelcoming to newcomers and ignore offers of assistance.

Made some great friends.
