Fetch a teaspoon and shut yourself in bathroom with caramel, a hot cup of tea and maybe a couple of digestive biscuits. You'll hate yourself later but it'll be worth it.

I've just this minute put a leftover half tin into a double boiler to make caramel, which I'll use in an apple crumble tonight

I personally would just eat it BUT
You can also make a chocolate cake or brownies and put blobs of it in the mixture before baking

Make hot chocolate. Melt a spoonful of caramel into it.
Repeat.

And u can stick some in a hot chocolate for the winter yum

Spoon it over pancakes or blinis
Spread on hot buttered toast or crumpets
Eat with apple pie, or spread on base layer before apples
Eat with rice pudding
Dip strawberries into it
