Today I’ve been stuck inside all day with a moody toddler (whose literally whined at EVERYTHING) and a teething baby. My husband works Saturday’s and it’s rained all day so we never got out. I’ve just poured a wine and I’m cheersing anyone else who’s had a shitter of a day, you have my sympathies.

Please can I join. My shit day is just beginning. DP is being vile and I've had enough tonight with it. He won't talk to me just snaps. Dinner is crap and I can't even drink as 31 weeks pregnant. Cheers Wine

smartcarnotsosmartdriver · 28/09/2019 18:08

Joining in, OP have one for me. I'm 31 weeks pregnant too. DH who is usually lovely being a right twat. I had to go to the supermarket earlier and I have SPD so now I'm in agony and feeling sorry for myself.

Moody teenager revision rows 2+1 if you count dh who is as good as useless re discipline. Enjoy the toddler years, they’re a breeze compared to the teen years.Currently sitting in bed, wiped out,reading/ sipping whilst watching the rain and leaving them to it as I’m public enemy number 1.Pretty sure I won’t sleep tonight as a result but CheersWine

Righty- ho, my next one is to both of you! I’ll raise my glass to you’s but your husbands can have the middle finger!! I’ve escaped upstairs for some quiet time and left DH straight in from work with the children.

My shitty day started yesterday when I didn't get the promotion that I had gone for, then came home from work with a migraine, on the drive home from work managed to vomit all over myself and the car, both kids ill at home and the only saving grace was that my husband was working from home and looked after all three of us. Today I have the post-migraine hangover and feel like a zombie, both kids are whiny, but a roast dinner is being cooked by hubby while I have a lie down to stop the world spinning.

SuzieBishop · 28/09/2019 18:19

Also can't even drink thanks to the meds that I am on and not sure it would help either, so am intermittently eating a chocolate santa!

Hope that everyone has a better day tomorrow xx

kittlesticks · 28/09/2019 18:22

Hi @SuzieBishop cheers to you.
Shit day here. Toddler dropping nap. 12 week old baby to contend with. DH decided to go for a cycle mid afternoon. Phone broke this morning (fixed now). Been up since 4am. Feel like I could sleep for 1000 years. Feel quite low and down. Life and soul of the party!

SuzieBishop · 28/09/2019 18:31

@kittlesticks nooooo I’m dreading when DS drops his nap - I feel for you 😓

I'll join you on this one Smile

I have a teething baby, a busy 5 year old, dh has been at work all day followed by a family dinner he couldn't get out of, and I think I have postnatal depression Sad

Me and the baby had to bring the 5 year old to football training this morning and a birthday party this afternoon so I've had to put on my brave face and pretend everything is ok and I feel fine while chatting to other parents.

We're home now and just as I got the baby to sleep I felt really sick and realised I haven't eaten since 10 this morning. Ordered a pizza and it's 20 minutes late so hoping it'll be here soon and there hasn't been an error with the order.

SuzieBishop · 28/09/2019 20:36

@Thisisstrange2019 oh pal, that’s the shittest of all. Hope you’re ok. Look after yourself - have you spoken to your DH or anyone about how you’re feeling? X

Joining too, cheers everyone! Sorry for all the crap days.

DH is struggling following life changing injuries last year, facing at least 2 operations in next 9 mths, stupid PIP not helping, have no money and he is undoubtedly depressed, DS1 asd and adhd has had a tough day as I struggled to get up his xbox and he waited HOURS, DS2 suspected adhd has been horrid. My Ddad is very ill. I would happily hide under the duvet for a week.

ToLiveInPeace · 28/09/2019 21:34

Got a lurgy, giving me plenty of downtime to fret about a wandering, worrying pain that's doing new and weirder things :/

Hope you all have a better day tomorrow.

Borderscotch · 28/09/2019 21:37

Toliveinpeace would it help to talk it through?

kittlesticks · 28/09/2019 21:48

@Thisisstrange2019 I suspect that I also have PND SadMy baby is so little and I have a 2 year old too. I feel so guilty all the time. I would gladly stay in bed for days on end.

ToLiveInPeace · 29/09/2019 07:05

That's kind of you, @Borderscotch. I've posted in the ongoing gallstones thread as initial symptoms seemed to match. Without going TMI in a general thread, new problems have appeared. Probably all anyone can suggest is pestering my GP again but it's causing a lot of discomfort and anxiety.

SuzieBishop · 29/09/2019 08:04

Oh guys, I’m sorry you’re all going through that 😓
