Looking at a few websites but they don't state the price. Don't want to fill out the contact form with all my details just want an idea of price. Anyone had one at their event- good idea or not? How much did it cost? TIA

We paid £350 for 6 hours last time and we got 1 hour for free. Unlimited photos + envelopes for everyone's pic too. Guests have loved it!

Also make sure the photobooth itself looks relatively classy & it has plenty of props, not just random kitsch ones such as clown wigsShock

Having run one for 3 years and know people in the industry a 3hr use at an event tends to come out at about £350-£375 (bit more in london), 3 hrs tends to work well. We get there 90 mins before to set up and then run it before having to take it all down again. Most people go with an 8-11 booking for an evening do.
We spend a lot of time with our clients sorting out layouts so their prints look individual and tailored to them and also provide a guest book where we get the guests to write a message with their photos. The hosts always say that's the best bit.
You will occasionally find someone doing an amazing special offer of 5hrs for £200, dont believe them. I'm on a FB group for photobooth owners and the amount of people that book ones they have seen on line and paid for only to find out it was a scam then go round other booths asking to match their previous price is ridiculous.
You should expect to pay £100 upfront to secure your date and the balance 3-4 weeks before the event.
Wedding fairs are the best place to find a photobooth as you can actually meet the owners.
Oh, and they are a fab idea, something different for the guests, but make sure you choose someone who has a good selection of props and a bubbly personality, having someone who looks bored out of their kind attending the booth will put people off going in.
Lots of booths have Facebook pages, it's worth having a search on there too as people review them.
Sorry, waffled a bit there.

Hi guys, my cousin recently used www.partyboothglasgow.co.uk as they run discounts every few months. Normally a 3hr photo booth is around £350. Make sure to ask if the guestbook etc is included however!
Very important as you want to get the most of your money.
Another tip is make sure they attend the event before hand to make sure they can set it up somewhere you like
