Of bitchy people?
I have two jobs - one is a great team and we get on very well, supporting each other, etc.
The other job...there are two women who spend entire their day bitching about everyone and anyone. Whether it's their teeth, how they dress, hairstyle, the way they speak, smell, mood, which car they drive, how they pee, whether they shave their foof or not... nothing is sacred and no one is immune.
One particular individual is very two faced and people think she is absolutely lovely - which she is to their faces! If only they knew the vitriol that spews out of her mouth!
Our small HR department is pretty useless so I cannot address the issue with them.
I've done the grey rock thing for now but the negativity has been really dragging me down this month. And now I am victim to their severe bitching because I won't take part...I'm looking for a new job but would love to have some opinions as to why this goes on? Just for a coping strategy?
