Employment history for NHS application

Posted in chat for speedy replies!

Just filling in an NHS job application. It only requires me to list my activity for the last 3 years, which is fine as I have been in my current role for over that.

It then says I can add as many other periods of activity as I wish for the time prior to that. I am wondering if it is worth doing that as other some previous roles won't be at all relevant (although some will, but then I'll have gaps!)

Worried that it might look lazy if I leave it blank...

Any thoughts?

Use the relevant examples in your personal statement. Then you won't have to worry about gaps.

Ah yes, that's an excellent solution! Thanks!

Good luck. Don't forget to use your examples when answering questions at interview. The panel might not be the same as the ones who shortlisted the applications.
