It’s brilliant and I really need to start a regular practise again. I’m 6 months post baby and my knees, shoulders and wrists ache badly which I didn’t have before.

Did you take a class or do it at home?

I’d like to start a daily yoga routine at home. Please inspire and advise me..

Yoga with Adriene on YouTube is all you need

I’ve tried her, but it didn’t really work for me. Need to have a think why.

I think her beginners was too simple and her monthly stuff too advanced.

@AnneLovesGilbert I used to go to a class but I can’t be doing with that now. I want a daily 10 minutes rather than a weekly hour.

There are tonnes of free videos on YouTube- I'm sure you'll find one you like on there.

Anyone able to inspire me with how they established a regular yoga routine and what they’ve gained from it?

I like YogaTX on YouTube. I don't get a chance to do it these days but I do miss it.

Can yoga help loose weight? I used to love going to the hot yoga (done in 40 degree heat) but I was a size 6 and just going with some friends for "summit to do"
