Glasses hurt my nose (no nose pads)

I use glasses for reading however lately i really struggle with the bridge of my nose being really irritated/uncomfortable from the glasses..

Is there anything I can do to " fix" this? I do not have any nose pads on the glasses & when I google that seems to be the only solution I can find.

Are they glasses from the opticians or £1 from Poundland?

If they are from the opticians, I would pop in and see if they can be adjusted. They may have been sat on bent out of shape.

Personally, I wear glasses all the time and always have ones with nose pads. I had ones without once and they were never comfortable.

Both types. Last time I went to opticians I was told they are correctly fitted to my face.
