Dubai rulers wife?

The papers have all been quiet for some time regarding their divorce. Is she still in the UK and safe? She had concerns for the safety of herself and her children if I recall correctly.

Anyone?

I haven't heard anything recently. I just hope she's OK. The last one who legged it didn't fare well.

I think there has been a court order to stop details being released. I think the wife will fare better though than the daughter Latifa as she is half sister to the King Of Jordan and she was educated in the UK so has strong connections here. Unfortunately the wife will be watching her back for the rest of her life and will need strong security around her but she is in a much stronger position than his daughters would be and maybe other wives who are not as publically well known.

Hopefully she’s still here and hasn’t been sent/taken back to Dubai.

She was always going to be safe as she’s the sister of the King of Jordan. After the divorce she likely would have been sent back there anyway. It’s her kids and step-daughters who aren’t safe and that’s why she came to the UK - presumably to highlight the issues and guarantee some form of protection for them.

There was a report in the Sun a week ago about another creepypoem though it’s not clear reading it if it’s a third poem or the one released in July.

I’m really concerned for her. And for Latifa and poor Shamsa.

It was reported early on that he wanted custody of the children but she was concerned about forced marriage for one of her children.
