Same or different investments in sipp and s&s, isa?

If you have both, do you replicate what's in one in the other or, have totally different funds.

Eg I'm having 80% vanguard in one and thinking if perhaps 60% vanguard life strategy in another.

For sipp longer term obviously I am 40 so want to let that build, isa I guess longer term too...

My confusion comes from the the vanguard life strategy funds being pretty diverfised anyway...

I also want to invest in UK small business esp with brexit..
