Any 3 Mobile users around? Do you get a reliable signal when you travel?

My EE contract is ending soon and I’m going sim only. The online reviews are all so mixed I can’t choose between various providers. I travel from the North to South a fair amount and also to Europe. I’d like a generally reliable signal. I’ve used giffgaff a s Virgin in the past and had major signal problems with both . I live in a big city and travel to other big cities so it’s not like I’m living or visiting rural places where you might expect signal issues. I was wondering what 3 is like as they have some great sim only deals. Anyone with them I’d be grateful if you could tell me how you find them. Thanks.

I have a sim only deal with them and I travel alot in Europe, always have great signal and great data. The data and signal works in many countries around the world including USA, Canada. I have a rolling 30 day contract, I initially paid £18, than it was reduced to £13.But sometimes I do buy an add on when Ihave used too much data. I would highly recommend them.

I have a payg 3 SIM card I use when travelling . Brilliant , never had a problem getting coverage anywhere .

That’s so good to hear. My friend uses 3 but not out of the city we live in so it’s useful to know they can still provide a reliable signal on the move. Thank you both.

Yes. It's always been good and I travel a lot. Never had a single problem in years.

Mind my coverage in the UK can be patchy when I'm out walking in the countryside close to home.
