I have a tingly arm/wrist... Is it the fitbit?

Notice for the past couple of months my left arm and wrist feel tingly, like I've slept on them funny.
Had a light bulb moment today and wonder if it's the fitbit as taken to wearing it again?

Is tingly arms and fitbit a thing? And if so is this a health hazard??

I had this with my Apple Watch - apparently it’s quite common!

I had it with my fitbit at the start. Seems to have gone now

Could be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Just leave it off for a fortnight. Then see.

I've taken it off this evening and going to keep it off for a week.

Having those wandering thoughts of how we really do not know what these quick advancements in technology actually does to us.

Less to do with the technology but more to do with how you wear them, if it's too tight on a particular part of your wrist it can compress the nerve (carpel tunnel syndrome) doesn't happen to everybody but some are more susceptible than others
It's quite common and there's lots written about it. It's seems it's especially a problem if you wear it at night and sleep on it.
