Is there a way to complain to Hermes

I can’t find any contact details

They have my parcel, everyday they say it’s with the courier then list it as I wasn’t it. Firstly it would fit through the letterbox, and today when they ‘attempted delivery’ I was gardening in the front garden.

You are not their customer. The retailer is so you need to contact the merchant you bought the item from and they will contact Hermes and get it sorted for you.

Lol they make it nigh on impossible to contact them at all. Get in touch with who you bought the parcel from! On social media if possible.

I've always done live chat with them to open a case, and eventually get them to admit they've lost my parcel (takes about a week of emails back and forth) I then email a screen shot of the confession to the retailer and usually get my money back or they resend.
I'm a pro at it now, our local courier is shite. They'll also forge your signature.

It doesn’t even need a signature, it could be posted 🤦‍♀️
