I had a holiday booked didn't realise my passport was out of date, renewed it online and it was here within 5 days of doing it, arrived the day before I went away hahaha

Sparadrap · 19/09/2019 15:28

Back in July it took my dh renewal 4 days and my kids brand new passports 2 weeks.

PoppinsandPartridge · 19/09/2019 15:30

Ours has taken weeks ForGoodnessCake , I think we were just very very unlucky with the office it went to as friends of ours were back in a week at a different office.

Mine was very very quick but that was end of January.

I was told that as soon as I got the email that it had gone to print I’d get it within a day or so. It was true.

When I ordered my sons I was tracking it online and it was taking ages to move to processing, I called and them and I'd given them the wrong DOB 😂😂😂

We did 2x adults and 2-kids very the summer and it was three days for the adults’ ones and a coyote of days longer for the kids.

Rockbird · 19/09/2019 21:24

DH has just done his and it took a week. He got it back on Tuesday.

PoppinsandPartridge · 19/09/2019 21:53

Phew it is on its way apparently. Do DX contact you at any point or give you a tracking number or will they just turn up with it? We live in a communal property so they will not just post it through the door sadly.

My delivery chap just turned up, and was arsey about my insecure letterbox. If I'd not been in he'd have gone away again without delivering it.
